CORE, the largest full-service commercial real estate firm in Northern New England, today announced the hiring of Jake Krainson as Southern Maine Property Manager. With six years of experience in the industry across New England, Jake brings a strong focus on customer service to CORE’s fast-growing Operations and Management Team.

Krainson is currently managing 16 properties at CORE, from Portland to Biddeford and Freeport. “Every day is different, which makes the job really enjoyable,” he says. “I serve a phenomenal group of business owners, as well as helping to manage some of the area’s most celebrated historic buildings, high-profile restaurants and commercial tenants.”
Born in Western Massachusetts, Krainson studied recreational management at SUNY Brockport. He spent six years with Equity LifeStyle Properties, working as their Director of Recreation and then Assistant General Manager. He has managed more than 450 campsites and properties across the northeast. Krainson brings a strong educational background combined with a passion for delivering high-quality property management services.
