Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Maintenance Technician role located in the Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing property maintenance and troubleshooting. Other responsibilities will include monitoring building systems, responding to tenant requests, and performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

The Maintenance Assistant will share the responsibility in maintaining and improving over 13 commercial buildings and 3 residential properties in the Greater Portland Area while gaining valuable work experience. Daily work orders and projects may include plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, apartment turn overs, elevators, HVAC as well as other duties assigned. We’re looking for individuals who will take the initiative and be more proactive versus reactive to the properites’ needs.
