CORE, the largest integrated commercial real estate firm in Northern New England, is pleased to announce the sale of 66 Mussey Road in Scarborough.
The 12,044-square-foot commercial building with flex industrial and office space was sold to 740 Broadway LLC by 66 MR LLC for $1.95 million. Tim Millett of Porta & Co represented the buyer, and Josh Soley and Andre Rossignol of CORE represented the seller.
The building is currently tenanted by two well-known brands: Siemens, which has been here since 2003, and Make-A-Wish Maine, which has been located here since CORE leased them the space in 2018.
“66 Mussey Rd is a well-maintained, highly adaptable asset in a market with limited inventory and strong, long-term fundamentals,” said Josh Soley, President of CORE.
