CORE, a Portland commercial real estate firm, has hired Stephanie Albert as its first general counsel, working across the agency’s real estate investment, management and brokerage divisions.
Albert will streamline procurement and contracting processes, enhance compliance practices and support both employees and clients. She will also lead the development of company-wide policies, standard operating procedures and best practices to boost efficiency and support growth.
