CORE, one of the largest integrated commercial real estate firms in Northern New England, negotiated the sale of 66 Mussey Rd.
The 12,044 s/f commercial building with flex industrial and office space was sold to 740 Broadway LLC by 66 MR LLC for $1.95 million. Tim Millett of Porta & Co represented the buyer, and Josh Soley and Andre Rossignol of CORE represented the seller.
“66 Mussey Rd. is a well-maintained, highly adaptable asset in a market with limited inventory and strong, long-term fundamentals,” said Josh Soley, president of CORE.
